This Shipping Policy describes the shipping and delivery practices for wooden toys (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies to orders placed through our website, woodentsoys.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

PROCESSING TIMES

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If a significant delay is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time, which depends on your selected shipping method and destination.

SHIPPING RATES AND DESTINATIONS

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you submit your final order. Shipping rates are determined by several factors including:

  • The shipping destination
  • The selected shipping service
  • The total weight and dimensions of your package
  • Any additional shipping options selected

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless specifically stated during promotional periods.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order ships, not from the date you place your order.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses, and customs clearance for international shipments.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the notification.

If you have not received your shipment confirmation or tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us through our website.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

For international shipments: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or composition. If you order a product that cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and provide a full refund for the unavailable item.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates our shipping restrictions or appears fraudulent.

MISSING, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

wooden toys is not liable for any packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us through our website.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us immediately. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping returned packages.

If we are unable to contact you using the information provided within 30 days of the returned package arriving at our facility, your order may be canceled and refunded, minus any shipping and restocking fees.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our website. We can only cancel or modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We can only update the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

WEATHER AND CARRIER DELAYS

We are not responsible for service delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, and other force majeure events.

During peak seasons (such as holidays), shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing orders well in advance if you need items by a specific date.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

Currently, our system only supports shipping to one address per order. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each shipping address.

LARGE OR BULKY ITEMS

Some of our products may be classified as oversized or bulky by shipping carriers. These items may require special handling and may incur additional shipping charges. Any additional charges for oversized items will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery of large items may require assistance for unloading and may not be delivered to your doorstep. Please check the product description for any special shipping requirements.
