1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

  • Visit woodentsoys.com/returns to complete the return form
  • Include the completed form with your returned items
  • Ship to our returns center (address provided upon return approval)

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Sale items are final sale unless defective

3. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges for eligible items:

  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Subject to availability
  • Customer covers return shipping costs

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

6. International Returns
International customers:

  • Responsible for return shipping costs
  • May be subject to customs fees
  • Refunds processed in original currency
