1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return:
- Visit woodentsoys.com/returns to complete the return form
- Include the completed form with your returned items
- Ship to our returns center (address provided upon return approval)
2. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Sale items are final sale unless defective
3. Exchanges
We offer size exchanges for eligible items:
- Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Subject to availability
- Customer covers return shipping costs
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Underwear and swimwear
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
6. International Returns
International customers:
- Responsible for return shipping costs
- May be subject to customs fees
- Refunds processed in original currency
